Design Situation
Clocks are a functional item; which, increasingly are becoming an opportunity for designers to include as a feature in interior design. Analogue clocks have been part of homes for hundreds of years, taking many forms and shapes. Mosaic tiling is an ancient style. In contemporary design, mosaic tiling is used as an environmentally friendly and durable method of creating individual style.
Design Brief
Design and construct a stylish clock for your home using the Direct Method Mosaic technique and the Trencadis technique.
Parameters of Design
Time: 15 weeks
